intuitive interface, fun experience, and high
customizability. That's why we chose it.

monday.com can be easily fitted to your Denari to
extend its functionality. Perhaps you want a screen
with Pledge Campaign Summary data. No problem.
Or, perhaps you have a few managerial reports that
you want to run without logging into Denari. It can
even do complete Apps, that integrate with Denari
and other data sources.

With Make.com for integrations, we can connect
Denari with various other data. Current integrations
include MailChimp, ConstantContact, QuickBooks
Online, Gmail, and more. Make allows us to integrate
with thousands of software systems. And what Make
can’t do Zapier can. Custom integrations and
automations can be a game-changer.

M&M creates apps and integrations with Denari to
consolidate data, ensuring systems communicate
effectively. We also offer Denari Nonprofit CRM and
Denari Child Sponsorship Field Module, which are
customizable for monday.com, along with a new

data while operating as an app on the Monday.com platform.

2. Data Collection

SuperConnect processes data in real-time without retention. All data is stored client-side and never touches a server
outside of anywhere that Monday.com's API endpoints operate. We do not collect, store, or retain any user data beyond
what is necessary to validate the user’s permissions and retrieve minimally necessary data to perform data updates.

3. Data Usage

SuperConnect only processes data to establish connections between boards based on matching columns and to validate
user subscriptions and permissions to use the SuperConnect. It does not analyze, log, or use data for any other purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

SuperConnect only communicates with Monday.com's API. No data is shared, transmitted, or processed through external
third-party services.

5. Data Security

We implement strict security measures to protect user data:

• All API requests are processed using seamless authentication.
• No data is logged or stored in the console.
• Usernames and passwords are never collected. They are only collected if explicitly chosen as a matching column. Even
  then, they are never used for authentication.

6. User Rights & Control

Since SuperConnect does not store any data, users do not need to ask for access. They do not need to ask for modification
or deletion of their data as all of it remains under their own control. Still, if users have privacy-related concerns or inquiries,
they are welcome to contact us.

Terms of Service for SuperConnect

1. Introduction

Welcome to SuperConnect! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuperConnect, an application designed
to connect board relation columns on Monday.com. By using SuperConnect, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Scope of Service

SuperConnect enables users to link data between boards based on common column values using the API provided by
Monday.com. The app is only accessible to users with Administrator access. Non-Administrator users are permitted
access the app in View-Only mode. They can see the layout but are not enabled to interact with any data.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must have Administrator access to use SuperConnect’s features.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of data matches before applying updates.
• Users are not permitted to misuse the app, try to bypass security measures, or alter its functionality in unauthorized
  ways.

4. Fees & Payments

SuperConnect offers a free trial period. After the trial, it uses a seat-based subscription plan based on the number of users
in the Monday.com account, which must be manually chosen. SuperConnect does not automatically bill the user after the
free trial period ends. Users are free to cancel their subscription at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

SuperConnect is proprietary software. It is owned by M&M Solutions, a subdivision of Denari Software. The code is closed-
source and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• SuperConnect makes rigorous efforts to prevent improper data matches, but users bear sole responsibility for
  ensuring accuracy. Denari Software is not liable for any incorrect data fixes made using this app.
• The app operates using the API provided by Monday.com. Performance can be affected during peak times, which has
  the potential to slow down the updates or failures timeouts. Whatever data was already processed will have already
  been safely stored in your Monday account. You can always run the App again at a later date if needed.
• SuperConnect optimizes data payloads to improve performance. Denari Software is not responsible for downtime.
  Service interruptions caused by Monday.com’s API availability are also not their responsibility.

7. Communication Policy

SuperConnect plans to stay in touch with its clients via email. By using SuperConnect, you consent to receive
communications regarding updates, support, and other relevant information. You may opt out of these communications
at any time.

8. Termination Policy

• Users are permitted to cancel their subscription at any time.
• Denari Software reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to SuperConnect if a user violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be
resolved in the courts of Florida.
